Meet your Infertility coach

Hi! I'm Cara B. 👋

I am a former infertility warrior turned mom of twins.  After 3 years and 14 fertility treatment cycles, I conceived triplets.  Yes, triplets!  I went on to give birth to twins at 32 weeks of pregnancy, and I’ve been helping women through their own reproductive journey(s) ever since.

Through my experiences with infertility, pregnancy complications, and an extremely difficult postpartum recovery, I found tools and resources to not just help myself, but to help others as well.

I am a coach, massage therapist, esthetician, educator & artist.  I take all of my trainings, experience, and life and combine it all to give each client the most personalized and unique guidance I can.
