After 14 fertility treatment cycles over the course of 3 years, I felt frustrated by the lack of support in regards to the trauma inflicted by infertility.
Support was limited to mental health experts, most of whom were not versed in the complicated world of infertility, and a million promises of various approaches to “get you pregnant once and for all!”
After implementing specific self care, mindset, physical & spiritual health strategies, I fell pregnant with my children.
I chose to make changes to help relieve the extreme stress and anxiety that was contributing to the trauma of it all, and my life changed dramatically.
Using a variety of methods I learned through 20 years as a licensed massage therapist & licensed esthetician specializing in fertility, pregnancy, & postpartum body & skincare, The Hormonal Mama was born.
